Ar. Kiran M. Rao

Kiran Rao is an architect and project management professional with a strong academic foundation and diverse project experience. He graduated from Indian Education Society’s College of Architecture and completed his Master’s in Project Management from Rachna Sansad Academy of Architecture and Aditya College of Architecture.

His professional experience spans a wide range of sectors, including industrial, infrastructure, commercial, residential, institutional, interior, and tensile structures. He later joined his father in their private architectural practice, where he has played a key role in expanding the firm’s portfolio, with a particular focus on residential and redevelopment projects.

Kiran Rao brings a balanced approach that integrates design sensibility, regulatory understanding, and project execution, contributing to the firm’s continued growth and relevance in Mumbai’s evolving urban landscape.

He is a Fellow Member of the Indian Institute of Architects (IIA).

Ar. Shruddha K. Rao

Shruddha Rao graduated from Sir J. J. College of Architecture in 2014 and completed her Master’s in Project Management from Aditya College of Architecture. With over 11 years of professional experience, she has been actively working in the domain of space planning, interior design, and design innovation.

Her core strengths lie in a strong aesthetic sensibility, wide exposure to creative platforms, and a keen eye for detailing. She is predominantly involved in interior and architectural projects across a diverse range of typologies, including residential, commercial, clubhouse, hospitality, and modular furniture design.

Shruddha believes in creating spaces that strike a careful balance between aesthetics, functionality, and user comfort. She brings strong knowledge of materials, finishes, textures, and their appropriate application, ensuring durability along with visual appeal. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, she consistently delivers refined, high-quality interiors.

Her project approach emphasizes budget sensitivity, timeline adherence, and uncompromised design quality—making her a key contributor to the firm’s design excellence and client satisfaction.
